Program description
Atlas Transportation sends operational SMS messages to employees and independent contractor drivers/aides who provided a mobile number for work. Messages include pay totals, direct-deposit dates, route assignments, dispatch updates, and office notices. These are not marketing or promotional messages.
Opt-in
Consent is collected during hiring and onboarding. The person checks an unchecked box on a paper SMS consent form and provides their mobile number. Consent is stored with the contractor or employee file.
Frequency
Message frequency varies. During the school year you may receive several work texts per week.
