We collect names, mobile phone numbers, addresses, and work information from employees, independent contractor drivers, and aides so we can operate routes, payroll, and dispatch.
How we use information
We use this information to assign work, pay contractors, send operational SMS messages (pay totals, deposit dates, route and dispatch updates, and office notices), and meet legal and school-district requirements.
SMS / mobile information
If you provide a mobile number for work, Atlas may send operational text messages about pay, routes, and scheduling. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business (payroll processors such as ADP, insurance, school districts, and required government filings). We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also call (484) 320-8050. Opting out of texts does not cancel your work relationship; we may still contact you by phone or other means for operations.
